Order processing

Order processing times vary by product and supplier. Processing is separate from shipping time. Contact us before placing your order to confirm the applicable processing and shipping estimates.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched, where supported by the shipping method.

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Contact us before placing your order to confirm the processing and shipping estimates for your selected products. Delivery times are estimates, are not guaranteed and start when the order is dispatched. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Our configured standard shipping rates are:

United Kingdom: £4.99.
United States: £4.99.
European Union destinations: £14.99.
Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates: £23.99.

The final shipping charge for your destination and selected shipping method is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Canadian customs, taxes and other applicable charges

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to GST, HST, PST, QST, RST, customs duties, import taxes and brokerage or carrier handling fees. If taxes and import charges are calculated at checkout, they will not be due on delivery. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable before or on delivery and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

UK customs, taxes and other applicable charges

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to taxes, duties and import fees. Where applicable, these charges will be calculated and collected at checkout. If taxes or duties are collected at checkout, they will be displayed before you place your order. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable before or on delivery and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

In some cases, additional import costs, customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees or carrier handling fees may be payable when the order arrives in the United Kingdom. These charges are determined by UK customs authorities and/or the carrier and are the customer's responsibility unless we expressly state at checkout that duties and taxes are prepaid.

Customs processing may also affect delivery times. We recommend checking local import rules before placing an order.

Import charges are determined by EU customs authorities and/or the carrier and may vary depending on the destination country, product classification, product value, country of origin and shipping method. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and link, where applicable. Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after you receive it.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees and customs delays. Any applicable charges collected at checkout will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged or delayed parcels

If your order is lost, damaged or delayed, contact us and we will help coordinate with the carrier.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes before your order is dispatched, but once it is in transit it cannot be modified. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method wherever possible.
